Sports Physical: $50.00

Affordable sports and camp physicals in a comfortable environment. No teenager wants to wait in an office for an already uncomfortable exam. Please have paperwork ready for review and completion.

Telemedicine: $50.00

Some conditions can be discussed via video conferencing. Such conditions may include upper respiratory symptoms in adults and skin conditions.
